Almog Pail started her acting career in Israel. She holds a B.A in Theater Arts from Tel Aviv University, and trained at HB Studio and Upright Citizens Brigade in NYC. She is known for her powerful performances delivered with genuine authenticity, and holds major credits in theatre, film, TV and voiceover.
Almog played a co-star in the critically acclaimed Israeli TV series “Ran Quadruplet”, which has been acquired by CBS. She played the lead in the horror film “Stash”, which won Best Horror Film award at 2018 Hell’s Kitchen Film Festival in NYC. Other theatre credits include: Karen in David Mamet’s “Speed the Plow,” Molly in Israel Horowitz’s “Line”, and Hillary Clinton in “Fuel” by Joseph Beck. She toured with a German-Maltese Commedia Del’Arte co-production in Malta, Germany and Israel. She has translated, produced and performed at the medieval play “The Crucifixion” at the Bat-yam International Street Theatre Festival. Film roles include: “Angels in White”, “Devil’s Five”, “The Expert”, “Anniversary”, “Kiddo” and “They’re All Crazy.”
Almog was commissioned to develop the play “Me, Myself and Rita” as a solo show for the Mediterranean Institute Theatre Program in Malta, which was later on admitted to the world’s largest solo performance festival “United Solo” in NYC. After coming to New York with her show, Almog was invited to perform “Me, Myself and Rita” at “Feinstein’s/54 Below” in NYC, followed by a sold-out engagement at Canal Café Theatre in London. She co-wrote the Broadway-bound play “Love Goddess, The Rita Hayworth Musical” with Stephen Garvey and composer Logan Medland. The show’s success brought Almog to New York, which is now her home.
